  • Do I meet the criteria to be an Relocation PA Landlord?

    If you own 4 or more properties in the West Midlands, currently let to professional tenants which is done to an ultra-high standard then you are eligible to become an RPA Landlord. We will then interview and see if we want you to become part of the Relocation PA community as we only take on a few new landlords a year we want to work with in order to maintain the quality of management we currently provide to our landlords.

  • How does it Work?

    Very simply, if you meet the criteria and wish to think about using Relocation PA to manage your properties then just get in touch with us. We will then organise an initial consultation with you to find out more aboutyour properties and tenants. If you wish to take Relocation PA to manage your properties, we will then interview you to see if we want to work with you. If so, we simply either organise a switch from your current agent to us or just take on your property from the start. We will deal with all the admin for you and then begin managing your property.

  • Whats included in your management?

    If you can think of it, it's included. We take care of everything to do with letting and managing a sharedhouse, from photographing rooms, advertising your rooms to our list of potential tenants, all viewings, undertaking all the tenant admin, checking in tenants, dealing with fire alarm checks, inspections and all maintenance issues.

    We will also ensure all Health and Safety issues are sorted such as renewing annual gas certificates and other certificates when required.

  • What do you charge for your service?

    15% of the gross rent.

  • Will you send me regular updates?

    Yes, we conduct monthly inspections and you will receive a monthly rental and property report so you know what's going on in your property.

  • How are maintenance issues dealt with?

    Any maintenance issue is reported through our website, we will then organise a quote from our team of contractors to carry out the works, if you are happy with the quote we will crack on and then the issue fixed. You as the landlord are responsible for paying the bill but we will arrange everything and just email you the invoice to be paid.

  • What type of tenants will be going into my property?

    We only let our rooms to working professional tenants who have been thorough vetted and meet our criteria to become an RPA tenant.

  • How do you vet potential tenants for my property?

    For over a number of years we have built relationships with well- known companies, relocation agentsand recruitment consultants who approach us to find accommodation for their staff. We advertise via our website, online and in print and also receive many referrals via previous and current tenants. We also conduct thorough reference checks which include: previous landlord reference, proof of employment (including their employment contract or payslips), have sight of their passport in the office (in line with right to rent regulations), visa check (if applicable) and proof of address via bank statement or utility bill. Though we consider references from previous landlords and employers very important, we feel that gut instinct is even more vital. Someone can have impeccable references however if we do not feel they are suitable we will not accept them.
